Overland Consulting is a full-service staffing firm providing recruitment for Contract Placement, Contract-to-Hire, Direct Hire Placements and Retained Executive Level Searches. Within each service area, we again strive to work as an extension of you, your department, your team or your organization. 
Contract/Contract-to-Hire
Our experienced recruiting staff understands the urgency factor in locating a contract professional to accomplish immediate tasks, successfully and on time. We follow our proven streamlined process to identify, qualify and produce excellent consultants. Our process is built around candidate relationships and understanding our client needs. Throughout the contract period, we continually monitor our consultant’s progress as well as help to add more staff for future project work. Should a client of ours wish to hire any of our consultants, they do have the option of doing that easily and with flexibility in a contract-to-hire scenario.
Direct Hire
A number of factors go into recruiting a candidate for a regular full time position for our clients. Overland Consulting goes to great lengths in evaluating our clients Direct Hire needs. Corporate culture, diversity, team size, skill match, strong references, great attitude and longevity all play a factor in locating the right person for your company. Our recruiting process begins with knowing how an organization wants the hiring process conducted and our team works as an extension of our client’s team.
Retained Executive Search
We have a distinguishing executive placement partnership with Wyckoff Consulting that has a process of focusing on behavioral, cultural and competency matching. Using their proprietary six-step process, Wyckoff Executive Search Tools (WEST), allows the Wyckoff partnership to provide our clients with feedback and status reports instantaneously throughout the Search Process. Many executive search firms neglect the importance of providing valuable feedback during the executive search. In the end, the client will have has access to information on all stages of the process, thus allowing an open communication line with their stakeholders.
